Over the past decade, our language center has partnered with more than 40 Japanese schools and successfully given more than 300 students the opportunity to study in Japan. Short-term Study Abroad Courses
- Entry Periods: January, April, July and October. Applicants who already have a foundation in Japanese may transfer in the middle of the class.
- Length of Courses: Two weeks to three months. Macau and Portuguese passport holders enjoy a free visa for 90 days.
- Course Selection: Students are required to take a Japanese language proficiency test to determine the appropriate level of class.
- Class Times: Class schedules are determined by each school and are divided into morning, afternoon or full-time classes.
- Application Period: Usually two months prior to admission.
- Required Material: Admission form; three photos and a passport copy
- Additional information: Short-term overseas students are strictly forbidden to work in Japan. They are also not allowed to apply for scholarships or open bank accounts.
Long-term Study Abroad Courses
- Entry Periods: Primarily in April and October. There are some schools that accept entries in January and July.
- Length of Courses: Half year to two years.
- Course Selection: Students are required to take a Japanese language proficiency test to determine the appropriate level of class.
- Class Times: Class schedules are determined by each school and are divided into morning, afternoon or full-time classes.
- Application Period: Usually six months prior to admission.

- Additional information: Long-term overseas students can apply for part-time jobs in Japan for up to 28 hours a week. They are also allowed to apply for scholarships and open bank accounts.
